Hello Kris, thanks for reaching out. What I recommend for that is the Viair Portable Air Compressor # VA29WR. It is rated for a max 150 psi with 1.8 CFM so it can top off tires rather quickly. It will do great for larger truck tires. It has a 100% duty cycle so you can use it continuously or as much as you need without having to worry about it overheating. It clips on to your battery posts. It has an 8' power cord and a 30' air hose so you can easily reach the rear tires. It also comes with extra tips so you can use it for your beach floaties or air mattress or stuff like that. It weighs only about 13 lbs and comes in a convenient carrying bag.

I have similar compressors in both my car and my wife's car and we don't really use them that frequently but it is great for peace of mind. I really would not want to go anywhere without it.
