Hello Kyle,

Since you have a the Draw-Tite hide a ball on your 1999 Ford F-250, you will want the Hide-A-Goose Gooseneck Hitch Ball with 2-5/16" Diameter # 19309. The # 19309 is the ball WITHOUT the 1" rise.

Was Anderson able to get you that other part yet?

Yes Andersen sent the part but I still have the same problem as before. That no rise ball looks like the same ball i have. What the problem is the pin for the coupler wont fit thru it with the lip of the ball. I have to lift the couple about an inch to put the pin in. Then that creates alot of play in the hitch. Movement up and down

@Kyle I still have that email open with Anderson, I am going to forward this information to them. She was pretty quick on getting back to me, I should have a response today. I am sorry you are still having issues, that would be extremely frustrating!

@Kyle Hey Kyle, I heard back from Anderson. Do you have the Gen 2 or Gen 3? The easiest way to know is that the 3 has red handles.
