Question:
Hi - Chat GPT said you have the parts to fix my Shelby 3,500 lb Trailer Jack 6101B - the gears slip when cranking the jack up. I think I had it hitched and wasnt paying attention and lifted the camper and my F150. Jack is 22 high and 2 square steel. I hope I can fix it otherwise I have to go to the welding shop and install a BullDog. Also I need a 3.5 D-Rink in the back thats missing. And my septic tank sensor are wrong. Do you sell sensors or know how to service those? Thanks very much. Joseph

Hi Joseph, I'm sorry to say that information is incorrect. I asked ChatGPT about this out of curiosity and it said there must be a misunderstanding. It was aware of the fact that Shelby has been gone for years and the internal components are no longer available.
Unless you can get a machine shop to make some replacement gears the only solution is to replace it with a similar jack like the Bulldog # BD195354, # BD190758, or # BD190754, or whatever other Bulldog jack you found, and take it to a certified welder for installation.
You can get septic tank sensors serviced at your local RV repair shop or swap them out with an aftermarket system like the SeeLeveL # SE59VR.
