What Roof Thickness Is Required To Install The ADV94FR?

Hey Mike,

For that Advent unit # ADV94FR it requires a roof thickness between 2-1/2" to 5" in order to properly install. I will say if yours is thinner I have seen some people build a custom housing for that unit with some simple 2x4s to reinforce the ceiling to the needed thickness. That may be an option for you depending on your roof size.

How thick is your roof now?

CellTech panels are about 1/4 in. Good to know it can be spaced if needed. Thank you.
