I have a Reese gooseneck puck system for my 17 ram 3500 with factory prep. I need chain hooks large enough to fit the oversized Reese loops. Please advise me on the proper hooks to fit them. Thank you,

Sounds like you have the Safety-Chain Loops for Reese Elite Series Under-Bed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch - Qty 2 # RP58468 in your 2017 Ram 3500 OEM Prep Package.
Since Reese's safety loops are on the wider side, you will want the Fulton Safety Chain with 1/2" Clevis Hook - 42" Long - 45,200 lbs - Qty 1 # FCHA0070324.
