Hello Doug, thanks for reaching out. The foot plate on the Pro Series Round, Snap-Ring Swivel Jack # PS1400300303 is not removable. On some jacks it is possible to replace the foot, but with this Pro Series jack, the foot plate is part of the inner tube and isn't designed to come off. If you need a similar 2,000 lb jack with a wheel, take a look at the following:

- etrailer Boat Trailer Jack w/ Wheel - Sidewind - Swivel - 11" Lift - Zinc - 1.2K # MJ-1200B

Hey Doug, did you decide to go with the boat trailer jack with a wheel? I'm curious to know if it worked out for your needs, as it could give others confidence when choosing a replacement.

@JesseM - Hi and I did go with it however even with a wheel cup it didn’t work any better than the jack without a wheel. I actually prefer the top crank to the side crank too!

@DougC Oh ok yes sometimes the single wheel can be a bit unstable especially on uneven terrain. I just took the boat out this last weekend and I have a similar single wheel sidewind jack on the trailer. I had to park the trailer sideways on a hill and the single wheel did keep wanting to slide out to the side and it was a bit sketchy. I also have to tie a bungee cord around the sidewind handle to keep it from swinging around and rotating potentially while I travel. You might be right about the top crank haha.
