Question:
I have a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee without the Tow Package. Can I change the lower valance to a Tow Package type and use the Draw-Tite class 4 hidden hitch? I would use the non tow package trailer wiring kit.

Hey David,
If you were to go with an aftermarket valance instead of the OEM you may have to trim that piece for install. The OEM has a pop out panel that allows access to the hitch when in use. I do not know if there is an aftermarket valance that pops out the same for # DT38MR. An option you could do is go with a hitch like # 75699, which would just install and sit below the bumper. It just would not be the hidden style it seems you are looking for.
For the wiring, since you mentioned you do not have the factory tow package, I recommend # C62VR. Without the tow package this still is going to be a plug and play installation being the taillights.
Let me know what you think about that.

Hey David, did you decide to go with the hitch that sits below the bumper, or did you find an aftermarket valance that worked with the hidden hitch style you wanted? I'm curious because your experience could help others in a similar situation.
