Yes, the Go Power Industrial Pure Sine Wave Inverter - GFCI - 400 Watt - 12V # 34282692 is the best replacement that we have for your 300 watt WIN-12/300, including Options I and T.
The Option I is for the remote that you have, so you are going to want to add the Remote for Go Power Pure Sine Wave Inverters - 150 to 3,000 Watt - 12V and 24V # 34266886.
The Option 2 is for the automatic transfer switch, so you will also need the Go Power Automatic Transfer Switch with Quick Connect Cables - Plastic Case - 30 Amp - 120V # 342GPTS (if you do not need the 30 Amp cords, # 34264403 is the alternative). That way, your set-up will still be the same.
