Are the 1" By 6' ShockStrap Being Made Again, What do You Have that Will Work Instead?

Hello Craig,

You are correct, we currently have (1) of the ShockStrap Cam Buckle Tie-Down Strap w Shock Absorber - 1" x 6' - 500 lbs - Qty 1 # 297-6CSRP and after that they are gone.

It looks like ShockStrap Ratchet Motorcycle Tie-Downs w Shock Absorbers - 1-1/2" x 7' - 1,000 lbs - Qty 4 # 297-7RSBB-M are here to stay though. They are a little wider at 1 1/2", and a foot longer at 7', but on the bright side they are rated for more weight at 1,000 pounds instead of 500 pounds.

Do you think these will work for you instead?

Sorry but the one you’re referring to as a replacement for the one that I assume is going to be discontinued is a ratchet start instead of a cam strap. Tying down a Kayak with a ratchet strap can cause cracking if to tight. With a cam strap it helps in that not happening. I need the cam strap. Thanks

@Craig Ya, unfortunately we only have the 1 left of the # 297-6CSRP. I am not sure why the discontinued that item.
