Can Dometic Freshjet 3 Replace Furrion Chill RV AC Unit

Can one of there replace the Furion Chill series? I have a Brinkley Z2900 and the front A/C is noisy and has an air sensor in the units airflow so the thermostat does not respond well. It is also a heat pump in the existing.

Hey Steve, yes the Dometic FreshJet 3 part # DMC49ZR could be used to replace a Furrion Chill RV AC unit but you would also need to replace the lower vent assembly at the same time with the part # DMC79ZR. The lower vent assembly from your current Furrion is not compatible with the Dometic upper unit. Does your current AC have a wall thermostat?

Yes it does have a wall thermostat. Is the one we are talking about also a heat pump and inverter style with variable speed compressor and fan?
