Will a CIPA Hot Spot Mirror Fit an Original Chevy Silverado

Question:
Does this mirror install on my existing Silverado mirror or does it install on a add on slip on extension mirror? Does it do a good job of eliminating blind spots when towing a travel trailer? How does this mirror attach? Thanks,

The CIPA Hot Spot Mirror will fit original mirror housings on many GM and Chevy models and other vehicles since it is a universal fit application. It attaches with double-sided tape to the existing mirror housing and with its expanded areas of visibility, it does a good job of eliminating blind spots when towing a travel trailer.
