Hey Ed, thanks for reaching out!
To adjust the fridge and freezer settings on the Everchill RV Refrigerator w/ Freezer Drawer # WAY44FR you'll just need to locate the button settings strip found at the top of the fridge and then press and hold them to be able to cycle through the different settings.
The instructions for this fridge are linked to this page, and I'm adding some clips showing the parts of the instructions you'll want to refer to.
