Question:
Im looking at this road armor for my fifth wheel camper my axel is 33 inches center to center and the equalizer on it is 5 3/4 inches center to center on the bolt and 2 inches high. I have 2 1/4 shackles on it now. I want to keep the axel geometry the same. I believe if I go with 3 1/8 wet bolt kit it would be really close. I know the dexter ez-flex has the same measurements as my factory equalizer but from what I am reading they do not offer as good as ride as the road armor. Just and FYI my Camper is a 2021 Keystone springdale 340fwbh that weighs 9500 pounds dry weight. Thanks for any info on this.

Hey Travis! The best upgraded equalizer is the one that matches your current measurements. Realistically, you won't notice a difference between the Road Armor # LC696740 and Dexter E-Z Flex # K71-654-00. I have the E-Z flex on my Jayco seen in the video below and it does a great job.
If you're really set on the Road Armor you can use it without making other changes or worrying about the geometry. You probably have a standard Dexter 13-104 which plenty of people have swapped for the Road Armor. The difference in the measurements isn't so drastic that I would be swapping out shackle straps or anything else so the # MR46ZR you just got will still work.

Hey Travis, how did things turn out with the Road Armor equalizer on your Keystone Springdale? Did it keep the axle geometry where you wanted it? Your results could really help others comparing the Road Armor and E-Z Flex setups.
