I have a 2016 sprinter 144 low roof with factory rails - will this work or is there something better?

Hi CF; do you have the fixed mounting points as part of your rail system? If you do, the Thule TracRac TracVan ES Van Ladder Rack # TH29612XT will fit your 2016 Sprinter. However, I believe you're referring to the factory installed tracks. The closest thing we have to a ladder rack that will fit the tracks is the Yakima SkyLine Roof Rack for Fixed Mounting Points # Y84PB with HD crossbars. This does have a carrying capacity of 500 lbs just like the ladder rack if you were looking for that higher capacity.
