I just purchased a new 2015 GMC Sierra Denali 3500 HD SRW, 6 12ft bed - I want to install new 5th wheel bedrails into my truck and want the outbound install kit. Will the RP 56001-53 rail kit be the proper kit to purchase and install?Thank you for your time

I checked with Reese and you are correct, the Reese Quick-Install Custom Base Rails and Outboard Installation Kit # RP56001-53 that you referenced is the correct install kit for your 2015 GMC Sierra 3500 with a 6-1/2 foot bed.
Since you have a short bed truck you will need a slider hitch, for that I recommend the Curt E16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ S20 Slider # C95DR.
