Hello Eric,
I am hoping that the 2" outside diameter that you measured in on the foot plate when. If so, then the Ram Removable, 6" Poly Caster Assembly for 2" Jack Tube - 1,200 lbs # JC-101 will fit in the tube nicely.
If the 2" outside diameter you referenced is the jack tube itself, please let me know. What kind of trailer is the jack on?
