How to Find the Tongue Weight Capacity of a 2013 Land Rover Evoque
Published 06/12/2014 >
Question:
Your description shows a tongue weight capacity of 600lb. Would that be the tongue weight capacity on the Evoque? If not, what would the capacity be? Thanks.

The tongue weight listed for Curt trailer hitch # C13128 (600 pounds) is for the hitch and does not necessarily correspond to the 2013 Land Rover Evoque.
To be certain of the tongue weight capacity of the Land Rover, check the vehicle owners manual. There should be a towing section that has the capacities listed.
From what I could find on line the gross trailer weight capacity is 1650 pounds. This likely means the tongue weight capacity is 150 to 165 pounds. Check your owners manual to confirm.
Whichever ends up being lower the hitch or the vehicle, is the capacity you need to go by.
