I spoke with my contact at Bull Dog and he said the install is pretty easy for the Bulldog Replacement Bearing kit part # BD500251. First you need to remove the jack handle and remove your old bearing/washers.
You need to put a washer down first on the screw, put the bearing on top of that facing down (this prevents water from accumulating in the bearing) and then put the washers on top so that your handle is at the original height.
