Replacement Hex Key/Wing Nut for Older Yakima Ski/Snowboard Rack

Question:
Hello- I have an older yakima ski/snowboard rack and need a replacement hex key/wing nut. The bolt to the missing hex key wing nut look like has a part number that says 307ACYI. Will this wing nut work for the bolt I have? Please review pictures attached.
