Hey Michael, To secure your Honda Goldwing I would recommend you get two sets of the CargoBuckle Mini G3 Retractable Ratchet Straps # IMF103745-86.
The combined capacity of 4 of these straps would work well for securing your trike to the trailer.
These straps have a Safe working load limit (WLL) of 466 lbs and a max load rating of 1,400 lbs.
For a wheel chock you could use the part # 3481731 which mounts in e-track like the part # e25VR which you could also use with anchors like part # 348893. Is this what you were looking for?
