Why Would RV Oven Not Be Able to Get to Temperature

Question:
I have. Furrion oven and stove top in jayco motorhome, it a 2023 model year. 3 burner top works ok, Oven was replaced by seller dealer about 8 months after using unit, we have same problem as before. Due to various reason we haven’t used Rv in last year after replacement was installed, so not sure replacement unit is any better than original oven/stove top. Question — set oven at 400 and let heat up, after 20 minutes, flame starts out large and temperature gets to 390 and then goes down to small flame wait40 minutes more and still have 300, temperature never goes back up. Get same results when setting at ~435 and 475 settings. What regulators the flame high to set tempeture?

Hey Lester, have you tried a different propane regulator? It sounds like it's dropping the pressure down way low and preventing the oven from working properly. If you need a replacement you'd want the part # 108221 for a horizontal regulator or part # 108220 for vertical.
