Is there arm settings to simultaneously set them for a 27.5inch rear wheel and 29inch front wheel? With arms folded down no bike loaded and rack tilted away will I still be able to fully lower the tailgate of my Toyota Tundra? Thanks in advance.

Hey Charlie, since you have multiple bike wheel sizes I would actually go a different route with the Saris MHS Duo part # SAR23MR since it can switch between wheel sizes without requiring tools like the Hollywood Racks # HLY47RR requires.
This rack also sits lower too so it would be much easier to allow your tailgate to fold down when a bike isn't loaded.
