Hello Marcelo,
If you have the full OEM roof rack system then the Rhino-Rack Pioneer Roof Rack Platform for Crossbars - 58" Long x 47" Wide # RR42115BF would be a great fit for the 2013 Audi Q7 as it can be installed on round, square, aero, elliptical, and most factory crossbars. You will want to double check that the bars are NO larger than 3" wide x 1-1/2" tall.
Now if you only have the bars on the vehicle that run from the front to the back of the vehicle on the driver and passenger side, you will need also need the Inno Aero Roof Rack for Flush Rails - Aluminum - Black - Qty 2 # IN85JR.
The # RR25TB that you were looking at will not work, it needs it's own fixed mounting points, and the bars that run from the front to the back of your Audi would be in the way of installation.
