No, I am sorry there is not. The Rhino-Rack XTray Pro Cargo Basket and 2 Bike Carrier item # RRRMCB03 comes with the 15 x 110mm sleeve but there's no quick release adapter designed to work with this cargo basket.
Here are the other size options for axle sleeves incase you decide to go forward with this rack:
- 20-mm x 110-mm Thru Axle: Rhino-Rack Thru Axle Sleeve item # RRRBCA038
- 9-mm x 135-mm Thru Axle: Rhino-Rack Thru Axle Sleeve item # RRRBCA039
