Yes, you'll just need some base rails for the Curt Q20 Fifth Wheel Hitch # C16130 to mount to. Since there aren't any custom-fit mounting brackets for your 1988 Ford F-350 you'll need a universal kit like the B&W Universal Base Rails and Installation Kit for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # BWRVR3200.
If you don't have an in-bed 7-way connector then I highly recommend also picking up Draw-Tite 7-Way Pre-Wired Car Connector # 20023 to splice into your 7-way and run up to the bed for an easier connection to the trailer's connector.
