Hey Fred,

It looks like the SnowBear plows mount to a front-mounted trailer hitch receiver so you would need the Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # C31069. If your specific snow plow has custom mounting brackets I'll need to know the model number in order to see what's compatible with it.

The one I have on my 2000 GMC truck is a 3 piece the 2 end pieces that bolt to the frame & the center piece the have the 2 solid round pipes that slide into the 2 hollow pipes on the plow , trying not to have to buy both a front hitch & a retro fit part for the plow

@Fred SnowBear has mounting bracket kit # SB397-134 listed as being a fit for the following vehicles: 2014-2019 Chevrolet Silverado Pickup 2014-2019 GMC Sierra Pickup 2007-2018 Chevrolet Tahoe 2007-2018 Chevrolet Suburban 2007-2018 GMC Yukon 2008-2016 Chevrolet Avalanche Based on this listing your 2016 GMC Sierra 1500 would be compatible but I just can't guarantee that it will match up the blade.

@KevinC Do you know if they are bolt on to existing holes in frame or do I have to drill holes in frame to mount ?

@Fred It looks like these are not currently in stock (DEC 2024) and that they would require a minor amount of drilling and filing in order to install but would be a mostly bolt-on installation.
