Does Installation of Aries Grille Guard on 2014 Silverado 1500 Require Modification

are there any modifications required to body or grill as an example cutting holes in grill or lower spoiler ?

Hi James; installation of the Aries Grille Guard # AA4091-2 does not require any modification. This bolts-on with no cutting, trimming, or drilling required. However, if you have tow hooks they will not be able to be reinstalled once the grille guard is on.
