Draw-Tite Hitch # 24871 is indeed a correct fit for your 2013 Chrysler 200 with dual exhaust. This light-duty Class I hitch fits both sedan and convertible models.

With this 1-1/4-inch installed (it bolts into place - no drilling and no welding) you can use a compatible 2-bike Class I bike carrier.
