Hey Jim! I checked with all of our vendors and I am sorry but the only hitches available for the 2012 Toyota Camry are class II ones with 1-1/4" receivers like the Curt item # C12107. This hitch has a 300 lbs tongue weight capacity but you'll need to use an adapter like the item # HT5R for a wheel chair carrier. The issue with any adapter is it cuts your hitches capacity by 50% so you're only left with 150 lbs to spread out amongst the chair and carrier.

I probably need to look into a lighter carrier to get me into the 150lb range or maybe another vehicle. Thanks for your response.
