Hello Curt, thanks for reaching out. The Wheel Masters Wheel Liners # WM160F0J you mentioned are only listed as a fit for the 1999-2002 Ford F350. They are made to fit the 8-lug 16" Ford dually wheels with 4 hand holes so if this is what you have on your transit they should be compatible. There is currently nothing made specifically for the dual wheels on a 2016 Transit.
