Furrion Fireplace Shutting Off
Updated 12/22/2025 | Published 10/18/2024 >
Question:
I have a 2020 Coachman Catalina. It has the 1465 W Furrion fireplace in it. My power will flicker on and then shut off. I used canned air and cleaned the sensors and the vents. Any suggestions?

Hello Charles,
Lippert has said that if the fireplace is flickering and shutting off that the temperature in the coach maybe under 60 degrees, and there is a sensor in the fireplace that shuts off/doesn't allow the fireplace to function below that temperature. If it's above that temperature and this is still happening you'll need to replace it with the Furrion Electric RV Fireplace with Logs - 30" Wide # F30SW15ABL or 40" Wide # FF40SW15ABL.

Hey Charles, did the fireplace start working once the temperature in your coach warmed up, or did you end up replacing it with one of the Furrion electric models? Knowing what solved it could help others with the same issue.
