Based on the dimensions you've provided you most likely have a 26" RV fireplace and will need a similar one like the Greystone 26" Electric Fireplace with Crystals # 324-000068. To be completely sure you'll need to remove your current fireplace and measure the cutout hole. Once we know these dimensions we can find the best replacement option for the space.

The closest option with logs to your "25 5x16 x 21 1/2 inches" measurement is the Furrion RV Electric Fireplace with Logs # F30SW15ABL. This unit will require some work to fit in your cutout hole though. If you wanted to flush-mount it then you would need to cut trim the hole to 29-5/16" wide x 17-13/16” tall with two boards placed 2" back from the opening and thick enough to give you a 26-1/4" width for the middle portion which houses the mounting holes to screw into. If you're fine with a bit of the unit being exposed then you would only need to trim the hole to 26-1/4" wide x 16-1/4" tall.
