I already have your receiving hitch but was wondering if i could but the mounting hardware by itself Bolts ,nuts and backer plates?

Hello Guy, thanks for getting in touch. It sounds like you are needing a hardware kit for the Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch # 65067. We can provide a hardware kit with part # RHK.
When you go to the page for the # RHK, there will be a box where you enter the part number for your hitch. In this case you will enter the part number 65067 in this box before adding the # RHK to your cart. This will get you a complete hardware kit as pictured below.
