Hey Larry,
If you're looking to add some more support for your RV's rear bumper you'll want the Mount-n-Lock SafetyStruts Universal RV Bumper Support Brackets # MO34VR. These would either be welded or bolted to the frame rails and would hold up the bumper so that it can actually bear a useful amount of weight. I've attached a short video below where Zach will show you these in use.
