Several years ago, I bought an Optronics 4-Way Wishbone Trailer Wiring Harness to fit my 2020 Honda CRV. Yesterday, a pin on the plug for the trailer harness broke and pulled out. Is a replacement plug available for just the trailer wiring?

I believe you're talking about the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118741 for your 2020 Honda CR-V.
To replace just the 4-Way flat connector I recommend picking up the Hopkins Endurance Easy-Pull 4-Way Flat Trailer Connector # HM48044 and splicing it into your current wiring using Heat Shrink Butt Connectors # DW05744-5.
