Hello Ryder, good question. The best way to clean algae off the Taylor Made Sur-Mark II Regulatory Marker Buoy # 36946103 is to first scrape off as much algae as possible by hand or with a rag then use a water/bleach solution to clean the buoy and kill any remaining algae. You could also use a water vinegar solution if you want to avoid using bleach. If you do use bleach, I would do like 10 parts water 1 part bleach or less. It shouldn't take much. If you have a power washer it will work like a charm. Wipe it down with bleach solution, let it sit for a bit then hit it with the power washer it will be good as new.
