Bike Rack Recommendation for 2008 Infiniti G35 that Allows Rear Trunk Lid to Open

Hey Kenneth, there isn't a trunk bike rack that can be left installed on a vehicle and have the trunk open and close as that will potentially damage the trunk lid and could also slam down and hurt someone.

Best option would be a hitch installed on your 2008 Infiniti G35 like the Draw Tite part # 24831 so that you could use a hitch bike rack like the Hollywood Racks Trail Rider part # HR200Z.

Thanks for the tip, I ended up getting a Yakima Hang Out 2, after watching your reviews. Question: Do you have an actual video that shows HOW to mount your bike? I only see reviews, but not actual mounting of bike.

@Kenny I went through all of the videos for the Hangout part # Y02637 and none of them actually show the install of the bike rack which is super odd. That was something we used to show in our older videos and I am not sure why we stopped that.
