Bike Rack Recommendation for 2008 Infiniti G35 that Allows Rear Trunk Lid to Open

Hi, currently looking for a trunk mount for max 2 MTB Orbea Oiz on a 2008 Infiniti G35x. Ideally one that can stay on and allows trunk to open. Do you work with shops in the DMV area that install these? Thanks

Hey Kenneth, there isn't a trunk bike rack that can be left installed on a vehicle and have the trunk open and close as that will potentially damage the trunk lid and could also slam down and hurt someone.
Best option would be a hitch installed on your 2008 Infiniti G35 like the Draw Tite part # 24831 so that you could use a hitch bike rack like the Hollywood Racks Trail Rider part # HR200Z.

Thanks for the tip, I ended up getting a Yakima Hang Out 2, after watching your reviews. Question: Do you have an actual video that shows HOW to mount your bike? I only see reviews, but not actual mounting of bike.
