Looking for a replacement arm for a 22 Jayco White Hawk 27RB, with idler head. I know that Jayco uses CAREFREE brand but not sure if this would be a direct replacement.

Rob, the Replacement Idler Arm Assembly for Lippert Edge RV Awnings with LEDs # LC62ED is not going to work with Dometic Carefree awnings, unfortunately.
Instead, you'd have to use something else like the Replacement Short Arm Assembly for RV Awnings # LC404523.
This replacement arm will work with Carefree awnings, and includes a wall-mounted bracket, outer arm, inner arm, and pitch arm. You'd just need to verify the length of your current arm(s) to make sure it'll work. This arm, for example, will work with 63" long awning arms.
