Question:
Hi Ill be towing with a 2013 Highlander, and it already has a 7 pin round connector. I already have a Tekonsha P3 brake controller, but the vehicle doesnt have a brake controller hookup installed. Is there a plug in harness for the 2013 highlander, or do I need the wire tap harness? Thanks

Thanks for reaching out, Dave!
The 2013 Toyota Highlander doesn't have a brake controller connector under the dash so you'll have to hardwire your Prodigy P3 # 90195 pigtail wiring to the following functions:
Blue - 7-Way Output to Trailer
Black - 12V Power
White - Ground
Red - COLD Side of Stop Light Switch (only gets hot when brake pedal is pressed)
Hopefully when your 7-Way was installed there was wiring ran for the brake controller and you just need a circuit tester # PTW2992 to test for the stop light switch connection. If that wiring hasn't been ran then you just need the Curt Universal Wiring Kit # C51500 to get your brake controller hooked up to the correct connections.
