Can I install this product upside down, my trailer is a little high and the ball has to be higher than my receiver.

Hey Miguel,
The Blue OX # BLU25XR cannot be used upside down, but there is a similar option that has 9" of rise that will work, which is the Gen-Y Adjustable 2-Ball Mount # 325-GH-624.
This comes with a 2" and 2-5/16" hitch ball and pintle hook for a lunette ring so it'll have all the functions of the Blue Ox but with the rise you are looking for. The only thing it doesn't come with is a hitch lock, so if you need one the correct part is Hitch Lock # 34061072-D.
