I would like to know if you can get a Adapter kit for my PullRite super slider Fifthwheel hitch the Pullrite part 4448 This adapter is for mounting hitch to a Factory Ford Puck device

Yes, you can! To use your PullRite 5th wheel hitch with your F-350's factory puck system you'll need the Adapter Rails item # C88KR. This adapter provides you with a base similar to industry standard rails with slots built it. At the bottom of this adapter are legs that drop directly down into the Ford Factory puck system.
Please note that the Curt item # C88KR adds 2-1/2" of height to your 5th-wheel hitch when installed.
