Hey Daniel, so your 2003 Ford Crown Victoria does not have factory brake controller or 7-way wiring but we can definitely help install both in your vehicle. You will first need to start with a 4-way connector if you do not have one already. For that you would need the part # HM11140504 and then convert to a 7-way with the part # ETBC7 which comes with everything needed to install a brake controller like our very popular P2 part # 90885.

The P2 is a really nice controller because how easy it is to use, how reliable it is, and how accurately it applies the trailer brakes relative to how hard you are applying the vehicle brakes.

Hey Daniel, how did things go getting the wiring set up on your Crown Victoria with the 4-way and ETBC7 kit? Your update could make it easier for others adding a brake controller to a similar car.
