Will this part fit on my recently installed round Class 3 hitch? I am trying to mount the new 7 plug adapter with existing 4 flat adapter.

Your best option for installing a bracket to hold the 7-way you have would be the Mounting Bracket # PK12711U with the installation hardware kit part # PK11926. This will attach to the lower portion of the bumper on your vehicle.
However, the 6 and 7-Way Trailer Connector Mounting Box # 18159 that you referenced will also work.
