Will Item DT82MR fit my 2023 Chevy Colorado Z71? If so, does it bolt onto my current crosstube that came on there from the factory?

For your 2023 Chevrolet Colorado Z71 you are going to need the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C78VV. The Draw-Tite Receiver # DT82MR you found is for a 2011-2022 VW Amarok. You are going to also want to install the Trailer Connector # HM11141144 when you install the receiver. This will fit into the factory cutout on the rear bumper giving both a 7-way and 4-way connector like a factory tow package.
