iam looking for the correct install kit for my 2016 f250 6,5 bed. i have a bandw patriot 18k hitch and want to know if part c16424-205 curt mounting kit and the reese rp56016-53 mount kit are compatible with the bandw hitch

Yes, they are! Both the Reese item # RP56016-53 and the Curt item # C16424-204 5th wheel rails are compatible with your B&W Patriot Hitch item # BWRVK3270. These rail systems are also custom fit for the 2016 Ford F-250 Super Duty. I have linked installation videos below for both sets of rails. I recommend going with whichever one is more affordable.
To make towing with a 5th wheel easier. I recommend adding the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness item # C56000. This harness puts a 7-way connector in the bed of your truck and allows you to keep the one on your bumper. This makes hooking up to your 5th wheel trailer easier and more convenient.
