Is Reese Spacer Kit RP97FR the same as Reese 68200?

Question:
Is the 68200 Spacer Kit the same as part RP97FR? I need to install a Reese Goosebox in a RBW 7019. The 68200 does not work.

Yes, the Spacer Kit # RP97FR is the Reese part number 68200.
Why exactly is this not working with your RBW7019? It is the part number Reese requires when installing a goosebox on a trailer with a RBW7019 pin box. Pictures of the issue would help greatly.

I can't find a way to attach pics, sorry. To make this work would require drilling a hole in each side of the RBW 7019 or a hole in each side of the Goosebox. I've tried every way possible, I think, and just can't see any other solution. So, my hope was that I had wrong spacer kit. I appreciate the response Samuel .
