Why is Furrion Electric RV Fireplace with Crystals Red Light Blinking

Question:

My fireplace came in a 2021 KZ connect travel trailer. Worked fine until yesterday when the unit will come on but after a few seconds a red blinking light comes on. There is nothing blocking the fireplace so not sure why the red blinking light appears. Can you help on how to fix?

The Furrion Electric RV Fireplace with Crystals # FF30SC15ABL will flash a Red LED light if there is something within 6" of the air vents. Remove any obstructions and then press the power button to restart the fireplace.
