Question:
I was looking at the advent 13500 BTU overhead AC and was curious if this would be a good unit for installation on a 6x12 enclosed trailer ? My roof is framed with a 14” X 14” opening

Hello Tony. The Advent Air RV Air Conditioner System # ADV94FR will work great for cooling a 6x12 utility trailer. Just keep in mind that the unit requires a roof thickness between 2-1/2" and 5". Also you will want to be sure that the framing on the roof is adequate for holding an air conditioner weighing about 70 lbs. Aside from that, the # ADV94FR system will work great with the 14" x 14" opening. It has controls right on the distribution box which is better for an enclosed trailer since you won't have to run any wires thru the wall for a thermostat.

Hey Tony, how did the Advent Air AC end up working for your 6x12 trailer? It sounds like a solid match for that 14x14 roof opening. Your feedback could really help others looking to cool a similar setup.
