we are looking for an air conditioner to replace ours in our 2017 Salem Villa Estates. Model number 39RET. I don’t see that model on your site. Can you direct me to the correct replacement? Thanks!

Hi Al,
If you're just wanting to replace the rooftop unit and keep the interior components (air distribution box and thermostat) then you'll first want to see whether your current unit has a 6-pin or 9-pin connector. To find this you'll remove the cover for the air distribution box and look for the harness that hangs down from the rooftop unit and plugs into the controller. You'll also want to remove the shroud and look for the sticker that lists the BTU rating for the unit. I have the following recommendations based on BTU rating and plug type:
6-Pin:
13,500 BTU # ACDOM135
15,000 BTU # ACDOM150
9-Pin:
13,500 BTU # FR62PV
15,000 BTU # FR32PV
