We do not have an installation facility in Connecticut. We do offer detailed instructions on how to correctly install the # 75140 hitch on the 1989 Dodge B1500 Van. This hitch installation is very easy and does not require drilling or welding, if you have basic mechanical skills you could install the hitch yourself. Be aware that the hitch isn't compatible with step bumpers-only the stock bumper.
If you decide to purchase the hitch, you will also need a drawbar, item # BWBMHD30010, pin and clip, item # PC3, hitch ball, item # 19247, and vehicle wiring, item # 18252, if you do not have them, to complete your towing setup.
